Dr. Vanina hasn't been anything but kind to me. She listened to me, and still does. Most Dr.s are in and out in 3 minutes. She actually stays and gives good advice, and helped get me on the correct medicine with the correct dosage. This is only MY experience of course, but I can say she has been great to me when I came to her a year ago after my brother passed away. She's 5 stars to ME!

I have yet to even step foot in this place yet. I Was seen be two very nice ladies while in the hospital who are the main psychiatrists at the office but when I called and talked to Debbie she was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever talked to in my 33 years of life. She called me and my mother liars, raised her voice at us, and tried to say the doctors were over her shoulder listening to everything which was a lie. I had just gotten out of the hospital and asked a simple favor or having the psychiatrist call me when she got a chance. If it weren’t for whoever intervened I would never ever go to that place. I just cannot believe they allow someone like that to run the front office, especially when dealing with mental health. I am excited to see the psychiatrist, but I hope Debbie has moved on or had a serious look in the mirror by the time my appointment comes.

I waited about a year for an appointment the day of my appointment I called to confirm the time off my appointment when they told me they didn't have me on the schedule I asked when my appointment was and was told I don't have an appointment at all so I scheduled another appointment for a month away think someone forgot to pencil me in on the original appointment
