Worse doctor I ever had! Front desk staff are distinctly unfriendly, cold and robotic, no eye contact. I was taken into a room and waited. At one point U went out to see if Id been forgotten. An hour after our spot time, Dr Chong walked in .He asked how I was and I told him Id been waiting an hour. Instead of apologizing he became arragant, and condescending, telling me, waiting an hour is no big deal and I need to accept that as routine. I needed a referral for an x-ray, his staff was to call me the next day to follow up. A few days later, I got a voice message saying Dr Chong would NOT help me get the X-ray “because of my behavior at the exam” What I was never rude to him and was shocked he could be so Unprofessional with my medical care!

I've been treated by doctors all over the world, and this is probably the worst experience. Had a great new patient visit with doctor, then it went downhill. Fast. He ordered tests. No one followed up with me with results. Called and spoke to office manager, twice, who promised me doctor would call me back to discuss results. 6+ months later, nothing. Called and ask to pick up my medical records. Secretary insisted that I have to pay $.25 per page. Sheesh.

Dr. Yoo Jin Chong has been awesome to me and my family! He is personable, never rushes us, (like many Dr's. today), and is very knowledgeable! He is helping us get a number of issues resolved! We are very happy with him and you will be too! Even awarded Dr. Of the year by the US Senate! I was waiting to see his wife as my primary but needed immediate care so took his opening. After that 1st appointment I said I don't need your wife, I'm happy with you!

Dr Chong has been my PCP for over 17 years and is the most caring physician I have ever met. He takes care of my complex health issues and is always available when I’m in need of medical advice. I 💯% recommend him to anyone in search of a great physician

TOTAL JOKE. Wait 6 weeks for appointment then the office staff never follows through with a damn referral for a blood test or referral for mammogram.. nothing. Terrible customer service. Non-existing referral system. They take the capitation check and string you along withholding access to care. Run like your life depends on it. It could!

OK I was being patient as Dr. Chong seems to be very knowledgeable and he listens, as well as educates, rather than demands. Love it! BUT....from day one, the staff is lacking in many aspects. My test results, took well over 3 weeks. My referrals to continue service for PT have now again taken over 3 weeks and I have missed numerous appts. The responses are either, they are sick and no one else to call in to refer, or they are busy and will get on it, but never do, or they only have a trainee that can only transfer to voicemail. OR they just don't answer. I hate to find another primary, but I am a wits end with this place.

Please stay away from Dr. Chong, my father in law has been going here for years and I still don’t understand why the Dr. does not hire real nurses and receptionists to handle his patients. We have been more than patient with them and they still don’t know their right hand from their left. The Dr. Is always busy never returns calls, or maybe the ladies “working” the front desk are not passing on the messages. Maybe this review will finally get to Dr. Chong and he can finally help his paying patients. 🤞🏼 Let’s hope he is not busy or on vacation this week again and he can finally responds to this review.
