Moving to a new area and having to find a new dentist can be a challenge. I can't thank the team enough at the Yorktowne Dental Group for a great first experience. The office staff is personable and professional. Michelle, my hygienist, was awesome! Made me feel welcome and well cared for. Dr. Kim was very professional and appropriately conservative in his recommendations, which I really value. I have had other dentists who tried to upsell services that weren't necessary and it irritated me. But Dr. Kim recognized some areas that may need attention in the future but felt that a "watch and wait" strategy was the best decision. That attitude gives patients confidence.
