You have to have an appointment but their “website doesn’t let you make appointments. They don’t answer the phone and when you have driven over an hour to get there but arrive 10 minutes after their 3-30pm week day cut off time - too bad for you. When we arrived, there was no staff at reception. When the receptionist eventually arrived, we were told that they had 3 appointments in the next hour and 15 minutes and because we were 15 minutes after their hours to be ill - too bad for you. Their great idea drive up tomorrow, an hour in the wrong direction to get home, stay in pain all night and perhaps we will grace you with an appointment. This clinic is the capital S in Sucks! Typical government facility when anything based on actual customer service is way too much work. Shame on all of you, and I wish you all the same sciatic pain but for a very, very long time. Like the rest of Yosemite it should be privatized and operated by people who are hoteliers first, conservationists second. Yosemite is such a poorly managed place and could be fixed so easily!

Our son's first souvenir from Yosemite Park was a splinter of wood under his fingernail. At the Yosemite Medical Clinic we received spontaneous and unbureaucratic help so that we could still enjoy our day. Special thanks to Dr Z! A small note: The signage to the Medical Center from the Welcome Center could be better, especially for cases of emergency.

Whatever you do don’t feel sick on the weekends. Came here Sat afternoon with Covid symptoms, feeling god awful and not only are there no Covid tests to buy at Village Store, no one was on site for any kind of emergency. Several hikers came up as well and they were ready to call 911 for a small ankle sprain. I know the park is underfunded, overcrowded and properly staffed do to Federal Government mismanagement. However, there needs to be someone here on the weekends if the event of an emergency that doesn’t require 911.

Inexperienced doctor Failed to give my very sick husband required antibiotics for fever, bad sinus infection and bronchitis- two days in a row- now he has to to hospital two hours away..Doctor then got belligerent about it. Terrible

Their website says they’re open 9-5, with “walk-ins” welcome 1-3:30 pm. They don’t answer their phone at 4 pm, so I took my sick wife in. I asked “So can I make an appointment for tomorrow morning?” The rude woman says “No, we only take our primary care patients in the morning.” And “if you’re sick, you should call 911!!!!!” While we’re standing in the Clinic waiting room!!!!!!! What a poorly run operation!!

Called at 9 am and was told to come for a walk in appointment at 1:30 pm for my sick daughter. After driving for an hour we got there at 1:30 pm and they were closed.

I had an emergency and received excellent service from all who worked on me. I appreciate all of the hard work each member contributed to and found the doctor to be very competent and reassuring. I am incredibly grateful to all especially Leslie who was so kind.

Jackie at the front desk was so kind and helpful and accommodating. Dr. Warren was understanding and helpful! I am so thankful the clinic is there to serve residents and guests!
