If I could,.. I would give this place 10 stars!! This place was able to do what Upstate HomeCare could NOT do - provide me with much needed CPAP supplies for my machine. That's right, I'm calling them out by name!!

When my CPAP supplies were low, I made several phone calls to Upstate HomeCare to have new CPAP supplies sent to me. The customer experience was probably the worst I've EVER experienced when dealing with a service provider! It took me about 3 years, with no resolution before I stopped banging my head against the wall, and made the switch to YourCare Medical Supply.

Just as their business name implies (Your Care),.. the staff at YourCare truly do care about you and your customer experience! Within 15 minutes of stopping by the Penfield location, my CPAP supplies were in a bag, and I was out the door!!

Thank you so much YourCare Medical Supply for taking care of my needs and for being my new CPAP supply vendor! You guys are AWESOME!

Good experience right from the beginning. Everything went smooth. Very friendly and very helpful. Been in three times already to try different masks and they are super nice and accommodating every time. I wouldn't hesitate to go to your care if you are in need of a CPAP or any other medical supply need.

I found YourCare Medical Supply after having to deal with another local company who was terrible. Both Amy the office manger and the respiratory therapist who I met with on my appointment date were wonderful. Any question I had, they answered completely without needing to reference any manual or make additional calls to get an answer. I was most impressed with absolutely every single form being pre-filled out before I arrived, (reducing the time I needed to spend there) the machine itself was ready to go and they went beyond what most companies will do to keep you as a customer. I will be a customer here for quite a long time and I recommend this CPAP and home care store (durable medical equipment) and supplies a wonderful place to get the products you need as well as the answers you deserve. They get an A+ from me. Try them for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I needed to be set up with a CPAP as a first-time user and couldn’t have had a more thorough experience with the respiratory specialist, Tim. First, I was beyond thrilled that they were open on a Saturday. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen but there was comfortable seating and literature to keep me occupied. They were extremely apologetic and acknowledged my patience with them for having to wait. Tim explained everything and even answered questions I hadn’t thought to ask. He set up the machine and did a mask test so I could feel and understand how to use it. I also love all the helpful resources in the folder they provided as well as the text and email updates for reminders on when to change the parts. I will definitely continue to use YourCare and recommend them to others.
