My entire experience at Youthful Balance from the first day I went until now, 3 years later , has been wonderful! Renee and Jennifer are very friendly , informative and honest. They make you feel like you are part of their family. Renee is the person I usually deal with. She takes her time with me every single visit. She is kind, compassionate and helps me on my journey. I look forward to my visits at Youthful Balance. Renee and Jennifer always make me feel special and I love chatting with them and reaching my goals. If your on the fence about scheduling an appointment with Youthful Balance and Jen Castro...we hope this review helps your decision. We, referring to my husband and I, can honestly say we were right where you are, confused, unsure and at our wits end. But we jumped and scheduled an appointment and it was the best health decision we've ever made! We've been under Jen's care for 5 years now. I'm 57 and my husband is 65. When it comes to balancing ones hormones, knowing the ins and outs and successfully accomplishing the job....Jen Castro is the BEST! To say she saved us, is an understatement, seriously! Since being under Jen's care, our overall health has skyrocketed. We are happy, balanced, enjoying life and each other. That's mega after 33+ years of marriage!

Me and my wife have been seeing Jennifer Castro for years and years for hormone replacement and we’ve never felt better, My wife likes to run and work out and I like to lift weights with Jennifers help it makes it a whole lot easier, we highly recommend her the whole staff has been very nice to us as well. My friend recommended I go to a consultation after she completed her weightless treatment and had great results and a good experience with Youthful Balance. My consultation was pleasant, informative and everyone was nice and professional.
I did not continue with Youthful balance because I wasn't financially ready to take it on (supplements and weekly costs were going to be a bit too expensive for my budget right now). And personally, I wasn't all that comfortable with the idea of adding supplements and other medications to my current medications.
Im very glad I went and received a consult and plan. I don't have anything negative to report. I would just say take as long as you need to ask questions and go over all the information before making your own decision.
