The establishment was dirty. There was so much filth on the door handle iust to get in, and the room I was in had wax and hair stuck to the floor. The room looked like it hadn't been swept in a while. I didn't feel that it was sanitized correctly. The service itself left so much to be desired. I was there for a wax. There was so much that didn't get waxed like it was supposed to. And there was so much leftover wax on me at the end. It was dripped all over my leg accidentally, and it was quite hot.I have never had a wax that bad in all my life. I got angry because I paid for a service that was not given to me. As a first-time customer, it left a negative mark in my experience. I will not go back, and neither will my husband.

Whenever I need some pampering and TLC, I go directly to Michele Fox at Youtopia Day Spa. I used to be one of those people that bounced around and from spa to spa using Groupons for massages and I had never had a facial. All of that changed the day I went to see Michele! As a hard-working pet care professional my body needs regular massage in order to remain pain free and fully functional. Michele is extremely well-educated from her years of ongoing education and her spa is a respite of relaxation. Not to mention that Michele is a delight to spend time with! I am in heaven whenever I am there!

I finally decided to get my first facial and was amazed at how wonderful it was! Another heavenly experience!!!

I called yesterday morning. Got same day after work appointment which I was not expecting. Already off to a good start. Showed up talked to Michelle why was here. Did her thing I felt great leaving. Today still feel good, bear my back bas been in a long time. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Michele attended to my "needs" when I wanted an "All About Me Day" at Youtopia Day Spa. She was so courteous, sweet, accommodating, and professional from the moment I booked a trio of services: a postpartum massage, a personalized facial, and a manicure. With an impending snowstorm, she still left her doors open for me, knowing that I was at the pinnacle of my maternity leave (i.e., sleepless nights, body pains).

The massage was super unforgettable -- to this day, I still dream of the comfort and relief her hands and arms contributed to my aching postpartum body. I will certainly come back for more (I just haven't found the perfect time yet). The facial was super delicious -- I still remember hints of raspberry and cucumber on my face, feeling all glowy right after those über gentle extractions.

Michele, thank you for wrapping up some yummy facial goodies to take home for me so that I could continue the facial routine you started. I'd love to try all SkinScript products eventually -- same goes for other services (i.e., laser hair removal). Also, it was so nice of you to mail a "thank you" note after my lovely afternoon there. I certainly will come back!

I was having an allergic reaction to my lash extensions that were placed by another spa. I emailed Michele and she immediately responded to me. She came in on her day off and removed my lash extensions, while carefully keeping my natural lash intact. I instantly feel better. I'm so grateful and appreciative. Thank you, Michele!
