Was in there in there in late December. Had only one provider managing all patients. Asked where the other providers were. Was told this:"4 of them out on medical leave at the same time. Sounded pretty fishy to me. Seem like they can't keep providers. Also, screwed up my insurance. Had it half backwards.Asked them to call Medicare after I did. They are my primary insurance. Plus, they didn't have any providers for 2-3 days. Think an investigation is in order

Worst family clinic in yucaipa.this place should be closed down . The nurses and practitioners are uneducated in the medical field . They know nothing about healthcare. Whoever hired these people should be fired immediately. San Bernardino county should be held responsible for all the misdiagnosis of patients and hire educated healthcare professionals I have started a class action lawsuit against these so called nurses and practitioners to be held responsible and will be held accountable for all the patients that have suffered and possibly death due to these negligence they have caused do not go here!!!!

They keep closing early and never answer or get back to me with my calls. I’m having some serious health issues and I need to see my doctor but can never get through. Very upsetting.

The doctors/NP have been very good but something has changed. Last appointment I was seen by a different Dr/RNP that I've had a couple of times. she's always in way too much of a hurry. Never feel heard.
Today I called and the next appointment isn't available until June! It's the beginning of March. That's just ridiculous.

They will not answer calls,when they do its someone off site and they say they will call back and they don't. If you have been to the emergency room and you need a follow up they will not give you one unless it's months away. I have been feeling sick and have little quality of life since December of 2021. They say they have run so many tests yet have found nothing. I fear they care not for their patients but for the money it brings to their pockets. It's a shame because most of the people working there are so kind. Understandably they are busy because of everything going on but they faulter because they are spread too thin. I wish something would come of their suffering and the suffering of their patients who have been sadly neglected due to too many patients and not enough staff.

Anita is a great professional, but the clinic's management is so disappointing. They should prioritize solving problems and avoid discriminatory, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior. Today's experience was the most disrespectful I've ever endured.

Look, idk if anyone actually reads these, but Rosa is wonderful. I had a run- around for over an hour with referrals, appts, calls, etc. Rosa got it done. I hope all other receptionists and providers follow her example bc getting my appt for ortho was crucial. She took the reigns and nearly got everything scheduled for me with kindness and concern. If you read this, thank you so much. I hope I get to talk/ work with you again. You're a life saver. Many can learn a lot from you...

Ivana Bluhm needs to have any medical licensure revoked. I honestly hope she has a hard time sleeping at night having to live with her morally repugnant choices in patient “care”. 🤣🤣 This office staff takes a week to answer the phone. Absolutely abhorrent service from staff members I’ve been looking at for 10 years. For me to call Ivana Bluhm AND STAFF (Elaine the office manager, Anita Adorador who evidently wasn’t smart enough to be a real doctor but likes to be bossy, and Blanca their receptionist) “severely ethically compromised” would be a true compliment. I wouldn’t let friend or foe near this place. I hope you’re all ashamed of your actions and the way I was treated.
