WELL if you have the time to wait. This is the place for you. One bathroom. Pretty clean for the most that's pretty much the only good thing about this place& The receptionist was kind and helpful.

I brought my daughter in for a visit, and we waited 89 minutes.
Finally, my daughter was called, and she was checked in and the medical assistant or whatever he is.
He was very rushing and walked out when I tried to tell him the rest of her symptoms!! So rude. Yes, everyone is sick! You shouldn't be working with PEOPLE and children if you're gonna have a rude attitude! I checked the urgent cares in the area i decided to come here because of the positive reviews about this place. But definitely the 1st and last time I'll ever bring my children here. No recommendation from this mama! Oh, and as for the doctor, thanks for your quick 2min check up on my daughter. I don't appreciate it!

I suggest you bring your own fold up chair as well, just in case when this place is busy, it's busy! And 80+ minutes to be seen

Went in at 3 pm on Saturday after Thanksgiving. The wait was long but just as the previous review stated, everyone was very professional and courteous from the front desk to the nurses to the nurse practitioner I saw. My nurse was efficient and effective, and very competent. The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough and relational, and asked a lot of good questions. For as unpleasant as a visit to urgent care can be, the staff made it worthwhile.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Yucaipa Urgent Care. From the front desk to the doctor/provider. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit comfortable.

I was greeted at the front desk by a lovely lady name Jocelyn ( believe thats her name). She was very helpful, polite and compassionate. She was able to answer all questions and concerns regarding my medical insurance and made my check in process quick and easy.

Doctor/Provider was able to see me in a timely manner even though the facility appeared very busy with other patients. He took his time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The entire team at this facility displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Definitely recommend this place.

Super full wait time was like 2 hr for a drug screen other than that it was ok but super slow and super full can't be healthy all those ppl in one little room .and the receptionist isa I think her name was was very useless and of no help terrible place

I recently visited Yucaipa UC and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jocelyn at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and handled my check-in process quickly, which is always appreciated when you’re not feeling well.

The wait time was minimal, and the facility was clean, organized, and comfortable.They took the time to listen to my concerns, I left feeling much better and confident in the care I received.

It’s never fun to need urgent care, but knowing that there’s friendly and positive people like Jocelyn that provide this level of service makes all the difference. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.

This is by far the worst urgent care center I have ever been to. Every time it never fails to give horrible service, the wait times are outrageous even if you schedule online. The front desk people are very rude. They never fail to send the prescription to the WRONG pharmacy no matter how many times you verify the one you need it sent to. Overall, horrible patient experience I will definitely not be returning again and should’ve never returned after they misdiagnosed my 5 month old daughter with an ear infection and started her on antibiotics just for the Loma Linda emergency room pediatricians to tell me to stop her antibiotics immediately (after only one dose) because there is no evidence of an ear infection ever being present. They move way to fast, not thorough at all and can’t even get the most simple information correct.

zero stars if that was possible. You would think Yucaipa would do better then surrounding cities.
I made an appointment to avoid sitting there for an hour or more. Didn't make a difference what so ever. 2 plus hours. It's a waste of your time. Their quick to charge a person tho... that they made sure was fast.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The RECEPTIONIST was unbelievably RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL . From the moment I walked in, she acted like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. No greeting, no basic courtesy—just an attitude that made it clear she had no interest in helping patients.

When I asked a SIMPLE question about wait times, she rolled her eyes and gave me a DISMISSIVE response. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered and spoke to me in the most CONDESCENDING tone. If you’re in need of urgent care, the LAST thing you NEED is to be treated POORLY by the front desk STAFF.

Medical facilities should be welcoming and compassionate, but unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced here. If management cares at all about patient experience, they need to hire a receptionist who actually understands the meaning of customer service. Avoid this place if you can!!!
