Very efficient, professional, and competent. I love Dr. Wong. She listens to her patients and takes the time to make certain all my needs are addressed. She truly demonstrates a higher level of care than the average office. And the clinic staff were very efficient and professional. I was grateful for the manner in which they attended to my privacy. Great job! Front office staff was “Johnny on the spot” for making certain I had my follow up appointment and scheduled and able to answer my questions related to my insurance. Great staff!

E.R. staff took almost an hour after repeated requests, to update my wife on my condition. Not good.
Regular staff did really good job tending to me once I was moved to a room.
Had E.R. doctor/staff been more attentive to my wife's concerns, I would have given a 5 star rating.

To much redundant office visits. Very inconvenient.

Will not prescribe my meds to me, these are basic for anxiety and depression. He misses the accurate refill dates. Puts me total uncertainty about future @ important medications .
