YRMC is the best care in Yuma, Arizona. The PA’s/doctors know their stuff. I have a doctor here that my husband and I see, Maria Contreras. We are so pleased to have her. She is upbeat and happy everytime we see her. She genuinely cares about each and everyone of her patients. I have always had PA’s/doctors through Yuma Regional Medical Center and everyone has been great. Maria goes over every detail with you and treats you like you are the only person that matters. Scoffed at the book about sex worker rights that I was reading while waiting, like they aren't people that typically only turned to that line of work for survival and deserve to come home safe and not be robbed (or worse) by the police. As with every other visit, only seemed interested in telling me to lose weight. Still never went over lab results from February, that appointment to go over them was rescheduled five times.
