Dr Wilson is both of my elderly parents PCP. She is thorough and attentive to their needs and issues.
She listens to my concerns about their medical issues as I am their primary caregiver and addresses them with me. Staff get back to you by end of day when you call with questions or concerns. Highly recommend Dr Wilson, in fact I referred one of my own clients to her as a new patient.

If you are a couple of minutes late they cancel your appointment. Apparently they double book patients. It was my daughter’s first time appointment. It was pouring rain. She got lost inside the building. Her appointment was at 2pm and she got inside the office at 2:09. She called me devastated that the doctor won’t see her. I am beyond shocked. For 9 minutes now she has to come again. Seriously? How often do patients wait for long periods of time to see a doctor.
It would have been nice to show a little grace especially to a new patient. Very disappointed!
