My doctor sent a referral to them on Dec. 22 to which they ignored or just never followed up on. Finally today, Jan 15, 2016 I called myself. The lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. I inquired about purchasing an additional TENS unit (insurances covered the cost of one), "I don't have time for this! Why would you even want another? Your insurance already bought you one!" Appalled by her behavior I just said, "you obviously don't have time for customer service either." And then she hung up on me. When I went in to pick up my unit she was short with me. Aside from her poor attitude the products inside are very old looking and the business is unkempt. I was so disgusted by the whole situation. I would never ever ever recommend someone shop here.

Best service!! Art the owner was so helpful in finding a wheelchair for me. He brought 3 different chairs to me until the correct fit was found. I have a drive lightweight chair now that fits me perfect. Art made the seat the correct size fit my short height and I was good to go. The owners are patient and conscientious. They want the best for their customers.

Appreciate them so much! They were very kind about checking in for picking up my nebulizer, and when I called to say I would arrive a few minutes late they stayed open until I got there 2 minutes after closing time. Had my nebulizer ready for me. Thank you so much!! 😀

I have been to this store 4 or 5 times. Several times the items were not right. One could not be returned and some of the fault was mine so I just "ate " the purchase. A second purchase for my wife was not to her satisfaction. I tried to return it the next day (unused and still factory wrapped with the receipt). It was a big hassle. The clerk (owner?) tried very hard to upsell me to some alternative solution. It was a bad experience. She was rude and unbending. Even though there doesn't seem to be much of an alternative locally for medical supplies, I will not patronize this shop again. Also it is worth noting much of the inventory appears to be very old (yellowing of white items, old packaging etc.)

This place as sketchy as any business can possibly be...the lady working today would not let me in. Everything I inquired about apparently needed prescription. Shoes included. So f ridiculous. The store seems dusty and expired. I wonder what exactly they really are selling from this "store front" I asked the lady if I could come in and look around. She gave me a look as if I was a cop...hummm, very suspicious if you ask me.

Horrible service; called 3 times to make an appt. & got the run around. When I finally got through , they wouldn't take my ins& we're trying to charge me out of pocket ; I called my ins. & the item was covered- SCAM. Beware!!!!!
